Everyday, and I mean that literally, I am thinking of ways to make TCL Financial & Tax Services a better company.  Some decisions have been good and some have been bad.  I understand that with four locations and servicing thousands of clients per year, I can not manage and operate this company alone.  A committed Team is required to make the vision a reality of making TCL Financial & Tax Services the best in the industry when it pertains to financial and tax preparation services.  Below is a "Suggestion Box" for any Team Member to make suggestions about things you like, things you dislike, things you would like to see happen, and things you would like to see changed within our company.  There is no letter "I" in the word "Team," so I welcome all suggestions to help me make TCL Financial & Tax Services a great place to work and a better place to service the needs of all of our clients.
