Everyday, and I mean that literally, I am thinking of ways to make TCL Financial & Tax Services a better company.  Some decisions have been good, and some have been bad.  I understand that with four locations and servicing thousands of clients per year, I can not manage and operate this company alone.  A committed Team, and more importantly, happy and satisfied clients are required to make the vision a reality of making TCL Financial & Tax Services the best in the industry when it pertains to financial and tax preparation services.  Below is a "Suggestion Box" for Team Members to make comments and/or suggestions about things you like, things you dislike, things you would like to see changed, and things you would like to see never changed within our company.  I even welcome comments and/or suggestions about advertising and marketing, as well as incentive ideas for clients and Team Members.  Overall, I welcome all comments and/or suggestions to help make TCL Financial & Tax Services a better place to service the needs of our clients and to work!
