1. As a reminder, from April 1st through April 15th, we are in a Blackout Period in regard to schedule request.  In saying that, the Schedule Request Form is disabled.  All schedule request must be verbally given to me.  Also, during this time frame, schedule request will be granted for emergency purposes only.
2. Customer Service Representatives (CSR), from April 1st through April 15th you do not need to have clients complete the Debt Disclosure Statement.  Tax Advisors will let you know if one needs to be completed due to a client wanting their tax preparation fees taken out of their refund.
3. Starting next week through April 15th, our business will increase dramatically.  If any of you (Customer Service Representatives, Tax Advisors, Veteran Tax Advisors, and/or Master Tax Advisors) are able to work additional hours outside of your normal availability listed, please call or text me that information. 
4. As a tradition each year from April 1st through April 15th, we offer FREE Extensions to clients.  On the Team Member Login page of our website, click on the link, Extension List (Tax Season 2024), for complete details and instructions.  All Team Member should read the items on the Extension List (Tax Season 2024) to fully understand the process.  In addition, Office Managers should reiterate the items on the Extension List (Tax Season 2024) with each Team Member to ensure it is fully understood.
5. Tax Advisors, Veteran Tax Advisors, Master Tax Advisors, and Franchisees, I have added the dates and times for this year's Advanced Income Tax Course on the Team Member Login page of our website.  Click on the link, Advanced Income Tax Course (2025) for the details.  Trust me, you don't want to miss a single class!
