CHARITY BROWN began as a Tax Advisor at TCL Financial & Tax Services in January of 2016 after graduating from the company's 2015 Income Tax Course.  She then advanced to become a Veteran Tax Advisor.  Charity advanced again to become a Master Tax Advisor.  She then advanced to become one of the company's Office Managers (Team Leaders).  Charity was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  She is happily married to her devoted husband, Johnny.  Charity attended and graduated from Lanier High School in Jackson, Mississippi.  She decided to further her education and enrolled at Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.  Charity continued to advance her education and enrolled at Shirley Little's Academy of Cosmetology where she received a licensure in Cosmetology.  She continued to further her education and received a licensure in Health and Life Insurance.  In her spare time, Charity enjoys shopping, singing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

DANNY JOHNSON has been the Company Driver and Flyer Distributor at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2026.  He was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  Danny is the proud parent of two sons, Ayden and Zayden.  He attended and graduated from Forest Hill High School in Jackson, Mississippi.  Danny decided to further his education and enrolled at Career Development Center in Jackson, Mississippi where he obtained a certification in Culinary Arts ProStart. He is a member of Greater Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist (MB) Church in Jackson, Mississippi.  Danny is also a member of Rayon Passion for Motorcycle (RPM) Riders.  In his spare time, Danny enjoys collecting Monopoly games, going to the shooting range, playing video games with his sons, riding motorcycles, and spending quality time with family.

DOROTHY LEE has been a Tax Advisor at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2025 after graduating from the company's 2024 Income Tax Course.  She then advanced to become one of the company's Office Managers (Team Leaders).  Dorothy was born in Carthage, Mississippi.  She is the proud parent of five children, Dwight (son), Micheal (son), Diasha (daughter), Royalty (daughter), and Jotham (son).  Dorothy attended and graduated from Thomastown Attendance Center in Carthage, Mississippi.  She decided to further her education and enrolled at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  Dorothy is a member of Glory Revival Center in Madison, Mississippi where she serves as the Prayer Warrior and Intercessor and Training Minister for the Ministerial Staff.  In her spare time, Dorothy enjoys cooking, going out to eat, going to the beach, reading, traveling, watching Christmas movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.

JESSICA L. VAUGHAN has been a Tax Advisor at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2025 after graduating from the company's 2024 Income Tax Course.  She is also the Phone Screener and Producer of "The TCL Show," hosted by CEO and Founder, Tim C. Lee.  Jessica was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  She attended and graduated from Jackson State Continuing Education Learning Center in Jackson, Mississippi.  Jessica decided to further her education and enrolled at Hinds Community College in Jackson, Mississippi where she obtained an Associate of Science degree in Geographical Information Systems.  She continued to further her education and enrolled at Delta Technical College in Jackson, Mississippi where she received a certification in Certified Dental Assistant.  In her spare time, Jessica enjoys baking, arts and crafts, grahic designing, learning new things, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

KATHERINE THOMPSON began as a Tax Advisor at TCL Financial & Tax Services in January of 2011 after graduating from the company's 2010 Income Tax Course.  She then advanced to become a Veteran Tax Advisor.  Katherine advanced again to become a Master Tax Advisor.  She then advanced to become one of the company's Office Managers (Team Leaders).  In 2017, Katherine decided to take the ultimate advancement within the company by taking advantage of the Business Partnership Opportunity.  She is currently the Franchisee of the TCL Financial & Tax Services located at 6779 Siwell Road, Suite A in Byram, Mississippi.  Katherine was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  She is the proud parent of one daughter, Katelynn.  Katherine attended and graduated from Callaway High School in Jackson, Mississippi.  She decided to further her education and enrolled at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  Katherine continued to further her education and received a licensure in Life Insurance.  In her spare time, Katherine enjoys reading, shopping, watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.

KENDRA JOHNSON has been a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2026.  She was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  Kendra is the proud parent of four children, Destiny (daughter), Trakwon (son), (Ty'Neicia (daughter), and Timothy (son).  She attended and graduated from Hinds County Agricultural Hill High School in Utica, Mississippi.  Kendra decided to further her education and enrolled at Hinds Community College in Utica, Mississippi where she pursued a certification in Home Economics.  She continued to further her education and enrolled at Antonelli College in Jackson, Mississippi where she obtained a certification in Medical Assistant.  Kendra is a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Edwards, Mississippi where she serves as a Bible Study and Sunday School Teacher.  In her spare time, Kendra enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, graphic designing, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family.

MINNIE L. QUANDA BROOKS has been a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2022.  She was born in Jackson, Mississippi.  Quanda is happily married to her devoted husband, David.  They are the proud parents of two children, David (son) and Makenzie (daughter).  She attended and graduated from Jim Hill High School in Jackson, Mississippi.  Quanda decided to further her education and enrolled at Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education.  She continued to further her education and enrolled at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi where she received a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education.  Quanda is a member of Salem Missionary Baptist (MB) Church in Terry, Mississippi where she serves as the Minister of Music.  She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  In her spare time, Quanda enjoys playing the piano, reading, shopping, singing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

SASKIA SMITH has been a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TCL Financial & Tax Services since January of 2026.  She was born in Jackson, Mississippi, but was raised in Crystal Springs, Mississippi.  Saskia is the proud parent of one daughter, Da'Yanna.  She attended and graduated from Jim Hill High School in Jackson, Mississippi.  Saskia decided to further her education and enrolled at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Pre-Medicine).  She continued to further her education and enrolled at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi where she pursued a degree in Secondary Education.  Saskia continued to further her education and enrolled at CRW Truck Driver Training School in Jackson, Mississippi where she received a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).  She is a member of New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist (MB) Church in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.  Saskia is also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  In her spare time, Saskia enjoys going out to eat, playing spades, shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

TOMEKA F. E. Johnson High School in Prentiss, Mississippi.  She is a member of Lowe's Temple Church of God In Christ (COGIC) in Foxworth, Mississippi where she serves as an Adult Sunday School Teacher, Church Mother, Greeter, Missionary, Program Coordinator, and Secretary.  Tommie is also a member of the New Directions 55 and Older Club.  In her spare time, Tommie enjoys helping the elderly and those that are less fortunate, meeting new people, photography, reading, sewing, traveling, volunteering at Mississippi Southern First Education Department and St. Dominic Hospital, watching sports (basketball, gymnastics, racing events, and tennis), writing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
